We are changing the face of the underground.  This is the list that will let us decide at the end of each month what to keep in the playlist for our broadcast.  So it is not up to us who is on the air.  It is up to our listeners.
 
Many of you are confused as to how the ratings system works. Well here is the run down.  Keep in mind I am using the number 100 because it a round number and I can easily divide it up.  Our actual numbers is based on an average of nearly 38,000 listeners via Satellite radio as well as via the internet. 
 
So let's say we have 50 Satellite radio listeners and 50 Internet Radio listeners   50+50=100  The computer looks at the total number of listeners and sets up a 10 point system.  In the example above 100 listners =10 points (10 points = 5 Stars ).  Now let's say that out of that 100 listners only 25 Listeners actually vote.  All 25 vote that they like the song.  This would rate at about 1.5 stars() which would be the rounded average of 25% of the listeners liking the song with no opposing vote. Now lets say that there were only 25 people that voted and 15 liked it and 10 did not.  Your rating would likely be 1 Star () because now the number of people who dislike it somewhat counter act those that do like it.  So on a day when we have 20,000 listners in order to get a 5 Stars, You would have to Score a perfect 10 points.  This would mean that all 38,000 listeners voted yes they liked your song.  The reason why you got a lower rating was either the more listners chose not to vote because they were not feeling you music then those that did vote or more users voted thatthey did not like your music then the total number of those that did like it.  The formula is as follows.  (Total Number Of Listeners - Total Number Of Listners Who Dislike) This Number is then Divided By The Number Of People Who Like Your Music.  The Final Number Equals Your Rating. 

RULES OF THE CHART
If After Three Weeks Your Song Is Not Making At Least Three Stars Your Song Will Be Pulled From Rotation.  If You Song Was Just Added Theis Week and You Have Atleast One Star That Is Damn Good Since A Lot Of Our Listeners Vote The Second Week.  No Exceptions!!!

38,000 listeners and growing Around The World are feeling about the artist in our playlist.  Based on the Consistency of the Artist who remain at the top of our Charts Awards will be given out for each of the artist whose sales and ratings stay at the top.  Stay tuned for more information about 1st Annual URSCENE Radio URSCENE-FM Underground Music Awards, Scheduled to be held on February 2005. If your music is not listed we have not received it or it has not been introduced into the playlist yet. 
We accept and play all genres of music from all over the world.  So yes even our artist overseas are eligible, from Hip-Hop, Rap, Heavy Metal, Jazz, R&B, Soul, Funk, Fussion, and More.
