It
was the year of 1982, when Sucram Sheist was first introduced into the rap
game. Listening to his brother, Fatz, mix tapes Sucram always wanted to
rhyme. In 83’ this nigga began to get his respect by break dancing in
Turner Station. “I loved to dance, dem niggaz Bruce and Mannie put me
on. I remember I was playing
little league baseball and I was up to bat. Some
niggaz started playing club music and I threw my bat down and started
break dancing”.
During his adolescent years, Sucram
began to produce, rap, and dj. He met George “G” Salters where they
formed Silvabak Entertainment. While G handled the engineering aspects of
music, Sucram ripped the mic. Performing at the 5 seasons, Indian
Pavillion and at I-Rise promotion party. When asking Sucram how he
prepares himself before his next venue he says, “ Just knowing you will
have all eyes on you. It is the power of being on stage and controlling
the crowds”.

Everyday
situations, listening to other rappers, and his emotional state at the
time, are the ways he comes up with his music. Although Sucram has love
for every rapper out there he can not stand a rapper who charges $40.00 to
get in the arena and performs like shit. Sucram Sheist is definitely on
the rise. Sucram describes himself as a, “Self-proclaimed biggest
smallest nigga”. He says “ niggaz better watch out because I am
taking my respect”.
Look out for the album in the summer.
The single “ Step Back” will be hitting stores in the end of March.
