new Banquet Hall/Meeting Space/ Night Club/Reception
Hall is conveniently located just off of route 50 and
the 495 Capital Beltway
in Northern Landover, Maryland. Did you know that
54/84 Conference & Event Center is now available for your Receptions,
Banquets, Meetings, Parties, Showcases, and other events?
As A Conference Center:
Our facility is the ideal place for conferences which
may or may not require separate dining space from the area you are meeting or
for those requiring multiple rooms and/or secure storage. Located near the New
Carrollton Metro (Subway) Station our facility is just a 10 minute walk from
your connection to the entire Washington DC Metropolitan Area, including
downtown shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. Decided you wanted to drive
instead? Don’t worry our facility features ample free parking just out side the door. With
more than 200 marked parking spaces we are sure to have
room for your vehicle. Though smoking is not
permitted throughout most of our facility, we are sure smokers will enjoy themselves. Our rooftop smoking area has a view that is sure
to wow you and/or your guests. On Independence Day many of our visitors found the rooftop area to be
the ideal place to enjoy seven separate fireworks displays. Our facility also

Rehearsal Rooms Are Available:
54/84 Conference & Event Center also has smaller rooms available for hourly rentals for use as rehearsal space for bands. Stop disturbing the neighbors. Instead why not use a place setup exclusively for your usage to raise as much ruckus as you want. Bands like familiar faces already enjoy the use of the facility.

Conference Center staff welcomes you and your guest to tour our facility before
your next function. We want you to see all that the 54/84 Conference & Event
Center has to offer you.
Audiovisual: The 54/84 Conference Center can provide all of your audio, visual and lighting equipment needs.
Decorating/Drayage: Meeting room equipment, decorating, drayage and related services are readily available from local vendors. Our event coordinators can provide you with a list of local contacts upon request.
Electrical Services: VELL-CO INC and Future International are in partnership with the 54/84 Conference & Event Center as preferred providers of electrical services. Each service provider can provide electrical services for each exhibitor directly through their service kit and at their Exhibit Services Center on site at the show or event.
High-Speed Wireless Internet: The 54/84 Conference & Event Center helps you stay connected while attending conferences and events at our facility. Our high-speed wireless Internet service allows users with laptop computers to access the Internet throughout our meeting rooms and public areas. For those without laptops, we can offer an elegant Pay-per-Use Internet Kiosk which can be used to find conference information, maps, weather, or to check email and surf the Internet. Washington, DC:
Take Rte 50
east toward Annapolis, MD to the (410) East West Hwy exit. Turn right onto
East West Highway. Continue to end of street turn left onto Pennsy Dr. Go
One Light to Ardwick Ardmore Rd, the Conference center is ¾ mi on left
directly behind Tires Plus.
From Annapolis: Take Rte 50 West toward Washington. Exit at Martin Luther King Hwy exit toward Glenarden. Go two traffic lights to Crown Gas Station turn right on to Ardwick Ardmore Rd. The Conference center is 1/4 mi on left Directly behind Tires Plus.
