Angel Barnes is definitely on the right road with her singing career. Her love for music and singing; as well as; a strong foundation (Mom-hats off to you); Angel is well on her way to fulfilling her dreams. This singer who hails out of the Washington, DC area has many accomplishments under her belt even though she is only 14 years old. Angel has had the opportunity to perform in local events such as; the DC Idol 2003 Talent Showcase, the BGCGW Regional Level Semi Finals, the ICON 03 Talent Search and a benefit performance for The Community for Creative Non Violence Shelter. The list doesn’t stop there, she has also performed on the national level in events such as: the 2003 Talent America’s Best Hip Hop/Rap Teen Female Vocalist, Mathew Knowles Uplifting Minds 2, The Black Family Reunion and she just recently made the final cut for CBS’s Star Search. Even though Angel is a naturally shy person, she lets her wings spread when she hits the stage. Developing her own stage performances allows her to deliver her message with a mature style and a captivating voice.

Angel, who has several songs out already and is currently being heard on URSCENE Radio (URSCENE-FM), which is broadcast to 47 cities and overseas. With the reactions of the URSCENE Radio listeners and audiences around the region; Angel is certainly getting a good jump-start on her career.

Look for big things from this young lady who is currently in the studio working on her debut album and continuing to nurture her vocal skills.
